3. Can you provide us with free samples?
Yes. If you agree to bear the shipping cost, the existing samples can be sent to you for free. If you need customized samples, the sample certification cost will be charged accordingly.
4. What is your minimum order quantity?
Customized paper bags/gift boxes: 1000 pieces for each pattern and each size. For in - stock products, 500 pieces per item. The more you buy, the better price you'll get.
5. Can you print our logo on the in - stock products?
Sure, we can print your logo on the in - stock products.
6. Can you help with the design?
Our professional designers can design for you according to your ideas and logo.
7. What format of design files do you need?
AT, PDF, CDR, PSD, EPS.
8. Can I have a sample before mass production?
Yes, we can make new samples according to your requirements for your approval before mass production.
9. How about your packaging? We use standard export cartons. The shipping marks will be printed or pasted on the outside of the box.
10. What is the lead time?
In - stock products - only 3 days.
Customized orders --- 15 - 30 days, depending on different order quantities.
11. Can you arrange the transportation for us?
Yes. Your nearest seaport/airport is recommended. If you need the full cost, please provide the detailed delivery address.
12. What about the transportation method and transportation time?
Sea/rail/truck, about 30 - 50 days.
Air/DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, etc. Courier companies, 3 - 15 days.
13. How do I know if my goods have been shipped?
We will send you detailed photos of the loading. Once shipped, we will provide the BL number/tracking number.
